"Willing to introduce each of its Champagne vintages in an editorial, elevated way, Ruinart tasked us to create three "Cuvée Books", that would highlight the singularity of its Brut, Rosé and Blanc de Blanc Vintages through still live editorial series, Champagne and food pairing suggestions, recipe highlights and stagings of perfect tasting moments.”
We embraced a refined, natural aesthetic—capturing the essence of Champagne's terroir with soft, mineral tones. Through our art direction and shooting intentions, we created a canvas for artful photography, making the choice of a second skin paper reminiscent of Ruinart's iconic champagne case, and aiming to elevate each scene by marrying simplicity with sophistication. Each book unfolds the narrative of Champagne through still-life editorials, pairing suggestions, recipes, and curated tasting moments.
